Oral Maxillofacial Surgery Associates (OMSA) - State Blvd

ButterflyX

I had my appointment yesterday to get my wisdom teeth impacted. Before that, I made phone call last month in April and I was on waiting list until my appointment in late May. I was very impressed with their friendly staff. They called an interpreter for me for my appointment. I was so nervous and I wouldn't know what they tried to tell me what to do after the surgery without an interpreter! They did great job!

I want to explain a little about what did I do first thing I arrived at the office. I told them my name, DOB and everything they have paper for me ready to fill it down before the appointment. An interpreter was a little late due to last minute schedule and came on time. An interpreter showed up while I was still writing my information on paper. The staff was friendly and willing to write on the paper to communicate. Nice people there but the lobby can be crowded.

The office has given 4.5 to 5 rating stars by their customers but I came on here to share about my experience. I'm so impressed!

Bonus, they have closed captioning on TV at their office without me asking for it! Very impressed!
