During a recent trip to this clothing store I needed assistance using their in-store on-line ordering kiosk. The staff was quite friendly and willing to work with me and my communication needs. While I was at the kiosk with an employee helping me, another employee, named Amanda from the adjacent Children's department, walked up and signed to me, asking if she could help me. It was completely unexpected, and very much appreciated. Amanda assisted me with the rest of my shopping needs. Although Amanda is still learning ASL, her motivation and willingness to communicate with me using the vocabulary she knew made my trip to this Kohl's location a very positive shopping experience.
