best experience of my life! walked in and saw girl with mask, was nervous about communicating but she was free. I go up to her and she has a video interpreter and starts signing! I told her I’m Deaf so we just spoke without the interpreter. the guy at the genius bar noticed us signing, so he signed to me when i got up there!!! I asked if he’s Deaf too and he said no, but this location has FIVE (5!!!!!) Deaf employees, and he happens to know ASL because his girlfriend is Deaf. never had such a smooth and seamless all around customer experience and cannot recommend this location highly enough.

Love this place...  the people are very friendly and helpful. They use the computer or iPad to communicate with me and my friend who are deaf.  they solve the problem on the spot. I did not have to wait for an app't which was very helpful.  My iPad crashed and need to be replace and they had one there on the spot and i was ready to use it the same visit.  love that!
