I enjoy this spot for my study sessions. The Weird Nut Latte is my favorite, and bonus: there is Nutella in it!! Very open environment, plenty of light and friendly wait staff who are knowledgeable about sourcing coffee beans. Seating options range from sofas to tables/chairs and bar tables (the kind where you can work on your laptop standing up--another bonus since I sit a lot more these days). Plus Fair Bean has a business relationship with the Texas School for the Deaf (via the Ranger Press & the omnipresent Nick Bannon). What's not to like?! Some baristas are able to finger spell or understand ASL.
