We had to do this tour since it's one of the musts while visiting Oahu. My boyfriend contacted customer service in advance about them providing interpreters for it and they got us an interpreter. Once we arrived there, there was some confusion of where to find the interpreter due to this location being big and some staff being unaware. After several minutes, we were able to find him and we got a staff who was very deaf-friendly; she knew some ASL, which helped hugely. She allowed us to sit in the front and gave us time to figure out the best way for where the interpreter should sit during the ride. The interpreter sat in the left front row and turned around to face us while we sat in the right front row during the ride. It was nice to have an accessible experience on the "Movie Sites and Ranch Tour".
I personally enjoyed seeing the beautiful flowers, green plants and the landscape the most during this. Although, it was fun walking around on one of Jurassic's sites during one of our stops. This tour only allowed us to get off twice, which was a bit of a bummer since we would've loved to get off at least 1-2 more different sites that we passed including the famous Jurassic movie site where the hills surround you.
Our tour guide (different from the deaf-friendly woman) was VERY knowledge about different things and he was excited about sharing certain trivia facts. We picked this option because it was gentler and not as rough for the ride. I'm more into the nature, history and so on; I probably would go with something else the next time that isn't as heavy on the media part such as Kualoa Grown Tour. But if you love movies and shows & want a gentler ride that's more affordable, this specific tour is probably perfect for you.
