I have cruises HAL more than once. I am a 3 Star Mariner. I always complete an accommodation form BEFORE embarkation. HAL was been historically AWFUL and insulting to me as a Deaf person. Example, safety films are not captioned, instructions are given verbally and not written. Shore excursions I have been yelled at because I was not aware when to disembark. I just completely a 48 day cruise from HELL. Never again! Too many cruise lines are Deaf friendly. I will NOT cruise again on HAL
