the best place to study, read, convene and drink coffee/eat sandwiches in SD. Nothing about this place is absolutely amazing, but it's solid in every important respect: plenty of space, good amount and variety of seating, best possible hours, free wifi, good food and drinks, reasonable prices. This is 24/7.
Workers are comfortable with Deaf community because Deaf and HOH people tend to go there for coffee or/and food. Also I think there is deaf/asl coffee night once a month on Saturday (either 2nd or 4th Saturday). I am not sure if it is still happening.
the only bad part is parking. Sometimes it is really hard to find parking on the street but it is still worth to go!
