I've been to this location a couple of times and one of their staff named Maddie was really nice. She was willing to communicate with me via paper/pen and showed some of their glassybabies during one of my visits. During a different visit later on, she helped me get my order exchanged. This store is smaller compared to their downtown location near Amazon but it's a fun location if you are already at University Village for their many stores and restaurants. The company has taken a hit during the pandemic with lower amount of glassybabies made and not as many in stock at their store locations so call ahead if you are looking for something specific.
