Brad, the owner, and I operate on a business to business level as my business orders from his business, and we get along real well. We use paper and pen when needed, and he understands that I cannot speak on the phone just as easily, so he allows me to text him whenever I need to reach out to him. Email is also used, so there is no problem communicating. Great guy and great business!
