I visit Panera often in the northern part of Frederick, MD.  The food is good and the environment is well lit and staff are friendly.  This business would benefit if staff knew sign language as there are a large number of deaf customers that live in the area.  Occasionally the order is not correct and that occurs when new staff have not been acquired enough training.
