I've used OcuSight centers for several years. Dr. Shin is a great eye care professional. He's flexible and knowledgeable about deaf-friendly communication. My primary issue with this group is that they have only one means by which appointments can be made--only via phone. In "this day and age" with so many ways to communicate this seems absurd. I have again and again put off making another appointment because I need to ask for help to do so. (Absurd!)
