The Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU) has a senior bank teller, Darius Dehmeri, who is deaf and ASL proficient! When I do my banking there, he is extremely courteous and helpful and communication is EASY! It is apparent that his colleagues have learned to communicate effectively with people with hearing loss, as well, so when Darius is not available, I can always count on my banking transactions to go smoothly!
