Income Tax Service for Deaf

Ernest

I am their customer and will continue. I absolutely love their service - they are professional, caring, and supportive. They are able to provide advices and tips to improve my tax refunds. I won't be able to get it with hearing tax preparer. They wanted me to get the highest tax refund as much as possible. They do everything via electronically - it is ahead of game opposed to many hearing companies. They have two offices (DC and Hawaii) - the office is almost always open during business days. This is very a good marketing and strategy to have customer to rely their service at almost anytime during of the day. It is super easy to use their service and will continue to use their service.

I came upon DeafTax by a happy accident: Faced with a tax extension deadline, I approached a H&R Block accountant with the highlights of my tax needs (which inc. a complicated K-1 partnership). His estimate: $300 to $400. Waaaay out of my price range, so I went to DeafTax instead (they charge a flat rate of $75 for deaf/HH low-income filers). I highly recommend Joshua, who is their managing partner. He made every step simple, from explaining how to upload tax documents into DropBox, to paying the fee via Intuit. All with just 2 weeks left to the deadline. Didn't matter that we live in different states: This was all done via the Web or FaceTime!
