I had two cameras in need to be fixed, first one was very old, out of style, over 10 years, which was Canon PowerShot A540, the problem was the power button and date/time setting kept showing up every time I turn it on. 2nd camera, Canon, G9, the turning wheel (functions) on the top of camera was stuck like glue, and the lens shutter lid were broken. I found this service through google search, I e-mailed them and asked them for the quote. They responded to me promptly and suggested that I come in the office and bring two cameras to get the estimate quote. The spanish worker (I forgot her name) didn't hesitate to bring a paper and pen to communicate with me, she was very patient, she gave me a lot of eyes contact, and said I will be right back, and brought the cameras to repairman in other room. She said repairman was busy and will call back with quota info, then she even gave me her text #, so she could communicate easily through text. I was impressed, I didnt even have to ask, as if she is ahead of a deaf person's preference in communication method. After few hours, she texted and said her boss, Marty informed that my old camera was no good and is pointless to fix. Wow, what a honest and professional people they are! They were able to fix my 2nd camera, Canon, G9 at great, very reasonable price! I came next day to pick it up, and I met Marty. He gestured in hands along with his humor that my old camera would need to be buried, he gave it a blessing in gestures and I laughed! Apparently, he have interacted with deaf people before, because of how he gestured. This is something I would remember for long time and definitely would recommend anyone to this service for camera repairs! Great experience and service!
