I had a small car issue and this was my 3rd or 4th place to stop by after being sent on a wild goose chase. The staff walked up to my parked car and when he realized I was Deaf, he had me follow him inside the small building so we could communicate since it was nighttime & dark outside. He was great about communicating on a paper with pen. I was able to get the issue fixed quickly for free. Who knew it was such an easy fix if you had the correct tool!
