evo Seattle

Ariele

It was time for me to get a new ski boots.   I have being going to Evo for a long time so decided to get new ski boots from them.  Found the appointment on-line and seeing how long the appointment will be.  The thought of getting the right ski boots that has to be the best fit for me as knowing I love to ski.   I set up an appointment online and put a note requesting for ASL interpreter.  Haley, store supervisor, reached out to me via text and we communicate back and forth while arranging ASL interpreter.  I communicate with her when knowing my flight was stuck in Utah due to snow and am thankful for their willingness to change the date.  The day of the appointment was amazing which I had ASL interpreter along with the expert Store/Snow rep, Andrew, that I have learned a lot trying different boots until I found the right ones!  Thank you, Haley, and Andrew, for the perfect ski boots!

Matt, the customer service rep who helped me check-out was really friendly and quick to adjust to my communication needs (writing on paper). Super friendly and engaging.

I had to find a snow helmet so went with a friend.  The customer service rep was great and explained to her how difficult it is to find a snow helmet that would be a best fit as I have been trying for few years.  She recommended the "Bern" snow helmet that allows me to take off the ear covers because wearing a hearing aid is annoying with ear covers. I wish I knew her name and thank her as I have been wearing this snow helmet for a while going skiing and love it.  Thanks girl!
