Located across the street from Disneyland, it is an 8-min walk (or less) to the main entrance to both Disney and California Adventure Parks. 

Not only is the location to the parks perfect, but the hotel offers an amazing Waterpark and pool for families to enjoy when needing a rest from the parks. 

Staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great and comfortable, with quite a few of them having basic ASL skills.

One of the managers, Samantha, provided her text number so that if there was ever a need during our stay we could reach out. When we did, she was quick to respond and support us with our need. 

They offer accessible rooms and while they still have the old TTY, they provide text numbers for contact needs which worked great. They did nice random things such as bringing a box of goodies to our room, texting to check in and see if we needed anything. 

They offer a variety of fun theme rooms for families. We could sit on our balcony and watch the fireworks at Disney each night, it was magical! My family agreed we definitely will be staying here again on our next visit.
