I've been using Covo Relay for years. I don't know how much I could put into short words, but I love that it's not only Deaf-centric but community-based. I also love how they have been doing The HangOuts on Facebook! I also think the staff and interpreters who I've interacted with via VRS are very professional. Because of these reasons, Convo is the only VRS I've been using.

No doubt in my mind that Convo is there for our community! Convo along with a few other organizations partnered to provide the presidential press conference in relation to COVID-19 in ASL and captions. Without this access, many of us would not be informed about the importance of social distancing and what rules and regulations have popped up as a result. THANK YOU Convo for always thinking about us and doing what you can to make the world more accessible to us!

I have been using a couple of VRS companies for many years before using this VRS, Convo. After with struggling experience such as lack of video quality and speed with other providers, I immediately ported out my numbers to this VRS because I haven't get any issues with them. Not only that, the interpreters are ethically excellent. I'm very satisfied for switch over to this right VRS company! No regret at all.

Only VRS provider that works on ANY operating systems, thanks to its Convo Anywhere service! I don't run Windows or Mac. This is the only provider that works on Linux/Unix. All interpreters I had during the call were excellent, they understand ASL and gestures making VRS calls alot more efficient and easy. If you need to clarify or to make sure interpreter have right information, you can use chat feature! I use this to establish signs, especially technical jargon signs or entering sensitive information. Their technical support is excellent! They go for extra mile to make sure my needs are met. Convo Relay deserve 5 stars.

Convo represents what I would visualize of a deaf-friendly business. Convo is a deaf-owned business and has many deaf and hard of hearing employees. The business does not limit, only to relay services but the business also do a lot of community advocacy work for deaf and hard of hearing community. They developed Deaf Ecosystem Directory so deaf and hard of hearing community can connect through the directory and support the deaf and hard of hearing business. They just had a partnership with a deaf school to provide visual notification system, the world’s first platform to integrate visual emergency and public notification system. Convo continues to find innovative ways to improve accessibility for deaf and hard of hearing community like Convo Passport so US citizens can travel abroad and still use the relay services and Convo lights so we can have better visual alerts. Convo is a very interactive business and always trying to find ways to connect with the community like BeYoutiful events where Convo brings in a deaf individual that represents the community in US in different ways such as local business owners, artists, or role models. Convo’s quote on their website states, “Because we understand”. Convo truly understands us.

Convo never fails to impress me with their interpreter selection, wait time (non existent), and ease of using their services on my PC. I use a variety of VRS providers and I can't say the same about them. I am impressed not only by their services, but what they are doing to support and elevate the Deaf community.

Convo Relay is truly CHAMP! They are intuitive with our needs as Deaf Consumers-after all, Convo was founded by an all-Deaf team. They UNDERSTAND! I appreciate their innovative features and sleek design, making our calls seamless. The interpreters are top-quality-they are certified, and I have not once been disappointed by one of them. I love their hang-up feature, and they recently added a video answering machine! Their direction is exciting, and I know they will continue adding more features. I also love their options of using Convo and their convenience-Convo Desktop, Convo Mobile, Convo Everywhere and ConvoIM. You can carry CONVO ANYWHERE. Other than their outstanding service, they do a great job with community relations-such as featuring Deaf comics, Jump pictures, etc-getting us involved and making us feel like we're part of Convo. I highly recommend this company!!
