I've been with Edward Jones for a long time and decided to switch to a more local advisor last year. Greg and his office manager, Becky, are the sweetest people ever and have smoothly adapted to whatever I needed: Talking about fund strategies via Relay (a tech they'd previously never used), or meeting up with me at a coffee shop closer to my home, etc. But what really sealed the deal was when they honored my ASL interpreter request for a seminar dinner they hosted a few months ago. I emailed them a link to my preferred sign language interpreting agency, and they took care of the rest. Easy, peasy!
