I want to give Starbucks employees inside this Ralph's store a big shout out for being so Deaf-friendly! I was doing short grocery shopping and after I purchased groceries, I decided to stop by Starbucks to get a cold drink since it was hot outside. When it became my turn to order my drink, I informed the cashier lady that I am Deaf and need a paper to write it down. She had no problem with that and grabbed a paper. After I wrote it down to order my drink and paid for my drink, she signed "Thank you!" with big smile. The guy who made my drink were so nice too! That made my day! Thank you! :)

I went to this Ralph's few times. Some days, many employees are friendly and helpful. Some days, some employees are moody but I understand sometime people have bad day but please do not take it out on customers like me. For example, when I approached to one of Ralphs employees and asked a question. I don't know his name is but his response went like "What do you want?!?" instead offering to help me to find it. I was like whoa and walked away from him. I don't appreciate his attitude but there are many employees are much nicer and helpful than him.
