First and foremost, I received a "Curly Girl" cut from Katie Span, and I HIGHLY recommend the cut and the stylist!  I have been seeing her every 3 weeks for root dye. I love it! My hair was pretty dead, and she was able to save it without taking off much length. Katie was great. She was very professional and friendly. She wrote on paper and she gestured with me too. She talked to me about the curly girl haircut, each step of the process, why she cuts curly hair when it's dry, explained each of the products she was using in my hair, and all the steps after while drying my hair. She was extremely complimentary of my hair type and really took the time to analyze the cut so it would fall correctly when all was said and done. It's a beautiful cut and I couldn't be happier! :)

She has also introduced me to new products that give me the same if not better results as Deva Curl with using a lot less product. I'll definitely see her every 3-4 weeks for dye and every 3 months for touch up hair cut.

Also this hair salon tends to text me to remind me that I have an appointment. Also I could communicate with front desk on text. I didn't have to call with VRS. VRS is not an issue at all. They didn't hang up on me. Text is easier and faster for me than using VRS.
