Purple Communications, Inc.

I am disappointed with Purple Communications for few things.  When Purple Communciation first started a while ago, they promised me that I would recieve MVP within few weeks but I never received it.  I followed up with them about that, they went like oh? oh well...  That is not good customer service.  They broke a promise which mean they broke the trust with the publicity.  Only one good thing about Purple Communication,  some of their interpreters are great.  I don't think I will ever use Purple Communciation service again since they burned the bridge.

This VRS provider has a couple of excellent interpreters. The only one issue is their background which is really bright blue. The interpreters' skills are excellent but their dress code seem oddly unprofessional because some of them were sweat clothes. I strongly believe every company should to enforce the dress and ethic code to value the respect from their customers and clients.

Purple VRS is usually not my first option to place VRS calls. Their interpreting services are only satisfactory in most of my experiences. Some of the interpreters look unprofessional, tired and lacking enthusiasm. Often, it feels like they are working from home in their sweatpants. They could improve by making sure their interpreters look professional and increase the quality of the interpreters they hire.
