This is located across from Alderwood Mall and it's near Target. Full of interesting and colorful things from all over the world along with food and drinks. I've been to this place several times and my experience has varied with things being Deaf-friendly. I've had some staff who were able to communicate with me effectively (ex. paper/pen) while others did not know how to communicate very well with me when I asked for help or needed information on something. There was one instance where a staff felt like s/he could not talk with me and made me wait for a while until someone else came over to answer a simple question that I was trying to ask. It was a bit frustrating during that moment when the staff 'froze' and was feeling very uncomfortable. Overall, there could be some improvement regarding the communication part with Deaf and Hard of Hearing customers so things can go more smoothly.
