I was very impressed! My scooter broke down a few days ago right before closing time. I only managed to get my scooter in by 6 pm that day, but Donovan was willing to stay a little later for me. They let me leave my scooter overnight free while I looked for someone to make repairs. When I came the next day to pick it up and bring it home, as I just couldn't afford repairs at that time, Donovan convinced me to let David and Ishmal fiddle with it a bit. While they were working, the mechanics discovered that some of the fuses were loose, and that had caused the scooter to stop running, so they fixed it! I was very impressed! Those were two guys who specialize in automobiles, not scooters.
In addition, as a deaf consumer, I found it easy to communicate with them. The receptionist, Kendra even know a little bit of sign language. (That's why I put down "knows ASL". They were willing to take time and write with me, and helped me when I was feeling panicked and didn't know what to do. Donovan told me that he had deaf customers before and that he communicates with them via text - very simple.
When I have a car again, I am totally going to them, nobody else. They're the best. GO. They do great work, and it has a nice local business feel to it, yet with a nice area, cleaned up well, airy, and people friendly.
One more thing. Don't get me wrong. They don't do scooters.. so they service only cars. Take your car there!
