I've eaten and ordered at Tortas few times. They have some delicious tortas (Mexican sammiches) although not delicious enough to keep me coming back.
I've had no hassle ordering from them. They have menus on hand, so it's easy to point out which torta you want, what you want added or removed from it, and they're generally pretty adept with visual communication. Although, this seems to be the norm with ethnic restaurants...
