The person helping me today, Mikela was very friendly and attentive. When I asked for pen and paper to communicate, she had to dissapear to the back room to locate some paper. It would have been nice if they had paper in a more accessible location so I wasn't left waiting and wondering (the reciept paper roll is a great back up for future reference). When she did return I was able to communicate my order effectively and she even signed THANK YOU as she finished ringing me up. When my coffee was ready however, I had no idea. Apparently they made an announcment which I missed. It would be nice if they would consider giving Deaf and hard of hearing customers a visual signal (subtle wave?) or a tap on the shoulder so we know when our drink is ready. Otherwise, this is a great place and I will be back!
