I am their patient since four years. I am very appreciated their willingness and energy on providing health care as I need and deserve. They made some time to learn some sign language. They are very professional and show mutual respect for my language preference. They are willing to discuss on any matter I have via VRS before the appointment to reduce write back and forth during the session. It is very effective for both of us.
