This establishment hosts a Deaf night on a monthly basis, and all of the staff on duty are either ASL students or know ASL. Everyone is very friendly and patient.
Regarding their food services, they have an assortment of options of different coffee and tea drinks. They also have a beautiful display case full of baked goods. You place an order, and go find a place to sit, whether it's a comfy armchair by the window, a chair at the coffee bar, among other options. They deliver your drink in a random mug, or a mason jar. There's a lot of beautiful art hanging up, and a beautiful mural painted on the wall. It has an extremely cozy atmosphere, especially on chilly and rainy nights.
I can't give them a full 5 stars until I visit their location outside of Deaf night, and judge their accessibility during non-event operating hours. They occasionally do open mic nights and live performances, which I stumbled into when I got to a Deaf night early... so beware, it gets very loud and vibration heavy and the lighting becomes very dim during those events!
