Whole Foods Market

Kate

Had a female staff named Kayla assist me at checkout (I hope I got the name right; there was no name on the receipt). She knew some basic ASL and asked if I was Deaf before continuing to communicate with me in ASL. I asked via paper about one of their apples being out of stock. Kayla asked someone and then informed me of when their delivery days were in case I wanted to come back again again on a better day. She told me to have a good day in ASL. Thumbs up for a Deaf-friendly experience once again at this location. Thank you, Kayla!

Customer service was great when I had a question about their revised policy. The male staff on duty that I spoke with used my method of communication. He took his time to answer my questions that I had via paper and pen. I left feeling satisfied for having a better understanding of what to expect for the next time I shop at this location if I have manufacturer and/or store coupons to use. I appreciate him taking his time to make sure my questions were answered with a positive attitude. That's what good customer service is all about. Thank you!

Many of the staff at this location are friendly and helpful. I've received assistance from the body care aisle several times and they've been great. One gal recognizes me and will say hello or ask if I need help whenever I'm in that section.

The last time I stopped by to grab dinner, I had a nice woman named Mariana create my sandwich. She maintained eye contact, gestured and made sure that she got everything from my note that I wrote for my order. They also have a checklist that you can use for your sandwich order. This WFM store is one of my favorites because of my positive experience with staff. Thank you!
