It was an unexpected surprise to have such a great experience here as a deaf customer. Rarely do I get approached by retail clerks who are willing to communicate with me in alternative ways other than speaking and expecting me to speechread. Annika was a rare exception and I’m so glad she helped me. She used text messaging to communicate withme as well as hand written notes. She wasn’t afraid and handled it all with grace. I spent a few hundreds of dollars in this store and it’s mostly because I was treated equally and felt respected. Thank you Annika!! I’ll be back!
