I will start this review by stating that I am profoundly Deaf, and my sister is a professional voice artist, who recently had a tour stop performance scheduled at the Starlet Room at Harlow's in Sacramento, CA in April 2024. I sent one email to the manager telling them I was Deaf and that I needed their Saturday night how interpreted into ASL.
Starlet Room's manager exceeded my expectations by promptly scheduling an ASL interpreter without complaint, or further questioning me. Thank you for setting the bar for accessibility. I was thrilled to show up on Saturday night to their beautiful and jaw dropping venue with a professional ASL interpeter which the venue paid for. I was able to surprise my sister, and better yet, my entire family with an ASL interpreter that they had nothing to do with. I have never before experienced such an smooth experience from a small venue! Thank you, thank you!!
