So far, ASL interpreters that have been scheduled through this interpreting agency for me have been unqualified. When I asked to start a preferred list and a do not call list, they couldn’t do that. When I wanted to leave feedback on the interpreters skills, they wouldn’t even take it. For a business not to accept any consumer feedback about interpreters they hire, is a disgrace.
