I tried to call here to re-new my membership, but they hung up on me and refused to take my relay call. Since I am Deaf, this is the only way I can place a telephone call. They lost me once before and unfortunately, lost me again when they wouldn't take my call. Ultimately, I've decided to take my business to a competitor near-by since they not only accepted my relay call, but also were willing to communicate with me by email.
I met Koby who knows how to finger spell and he was patient with me in writing notes. If I ever have any membership questions, I'll be sure to see him. He understands how to communicate with Deaf/HH individuals. See him if you ever stop by this LA fitness location!
