My friend and I stopped by this place on 1/31/15 and had a super nice server named Bailey who took our order. She made eye contact, smiled a lot and made sure that we got everything that we needed. It seems like she might have had Deaf/Hard of Hearing customers before because she handled our order with ease. At the end of our meal, my friend wanted a toothpick and they didn't have it in the front. However, she continued to look for the box and found it; came back with the extra toothpick and gave two to us. The location is very challenging for finding a parking in downtown Seattle, but we really enjoyed our visit because of server Bailey. Thank you for making our evening pleasant!

I was on a date with my girlfriend, who is also deaf, and the woman at the cashier was the only one on the floor, meaning she took orders, brought the food out, and cleaned up after others. She was super friendly and easily went with the flow, letting us point out what we want on the menu. We actually stayed past their closing hours without us knowing it, yet she was so nice to let us stay while they cleaned up the place. I finally asked, "Are you closed?" She laughed and said yes. "Half hour ago, but you are ok!" Great burgers! Nice lady! Good job!
