The woman helping me named Kelsey was very friendly and willing to communicate with me via pen and paper as I preferred. She was also comfortable pointing and gesturing. When realizing I was Deaf she didn't get all awkward and handled everything with ease. She went out of her way to explain everything I needed to know, unlike some other places which will just hurry me through the line since it does take longer to communicate with me. Thank you Kesley for being patient and comfortable! My only suggestion would be to learn a little bit of Sign Langauge! :)

  • Makes Eye Contact
  • Speaks Clearly
  • Positive Attitude
  • Well Lit Environment
  • Pen and Paper Available
  • Willingness to Gesture
