Because I have shopped at this place often enough, I am a familiar face to many of the staff. My experience is usually Deaf-friendly once they realize I am Deaf. They know how to communicate with me by using paper and pen if it is needed (ex. if I have a question). It's nice to have staff sign "thank you" and wave goodbye to me as I leave the store. This is one of the reasons why I keep on returning back because of how friendly the staff are and the quality of the food plus positive customer service that I receive.
