They offer online scheduling, which was nice and easy to use. The staff that I spoke with over the phone was friendly and appeared to be at ease with taking relay calls. Vanessa texted me when it was time to pick up my car. Communicated with me via paper/pen about the prices and recommendations by the mechanic. I really appreciated how easy it was to get my car's oil changed and how there were no problems with using different communication methods. Thanks!! :)
