Honor Coffee

Anonymous User

The cashier here Aileen was very nervous and awkward in taking my order. She didn’t know how to communicate effectively with a Deaf customer, making me feel uneasy. Someone else took over helping her help me. That person who I believe was a supervisor or manager knew to be visual, gesture and also patient. Then my experience got so much better. I will be back since I frequent Bellevue for coffee dates and I do hope there is an improvement here.
