Mike Bimbaum has sold me two cars at this dealership. While he doesn't know any Sign Language, he was exceptionally deaf-friendly. He made sure he had my attention before speaking, slowed his speech down and checked in with me often to make sure I was following. AJ Jenson, is a service representative that has helped me with various service needs on my car. He knows a little bit of Sign Language but admits he is rusty. He was very patient with me, made sure I understood everything and even allowed me to communicate with him via text messaging for all my car needs, including scheduling and notifying me when my vehicle was ready to be picked up. It's rare to actually enjoy making my way to a car dealership and service center, but these guys make it SO easy, I almost forget we have communication barriers.
