Providence Walk-in Care - Monroe

Anonymous User

Wendy helped me at the counter with checking in. At first she talked a lot and I could not speechread her. I asked her to write things down and with a few reminders we communicated that way. They didn’t have a live interpreter for their walk in clinic but they did have VRI established. I’m always hesitant to use VRI, but this time the business actually had strong enough WIFI signal where the VRI worked without problems and the interpreter was qualified for a simple blood draw.
