Jason B at Wireless Advocates is CHAMP! I typed that I’m Deaf, and he pulled up a word document and we communicated that way. Acted like I was his only customer, and spent a lot of time with me reviewing options.

Friendly employees.  Most of the cashiers know I’m Deaf by now, and always sign thank you after my purchase.  Pharmacy folks so-so.  It seems they’re mostly not comfortable with a Deaf person. A few who take my money are ok, but not the ones who take my Rx.
