Panera Bread

Belledgedesign

I went to Panera with my mom in Fort Worth and the experience was so so. When I ordered, they asked me something and I didn't understand. I asked my mom to help me to understand and then she became my interpreter. He kept talking and asking my mom about my order, not looking at me. Try to be more deaf-friendly next time by using paper and pen or my phone to communicate with me about my order and you'll get 5 stars!
