My husband needed some work boots for welding. A gentleman named Scott helped us tremendously.. we noticed he had some hearing aids but that didn’t mean anything. It turns out he was hard of hearing (or has some hearing loss). My husband was able to get $100 off because Scott made a couple of phone calls to my husband’s employer. A huge plus: we were able to sign to each other. We felt so comfortable thanks to Scott! Hope to see you next year! :)
