Disappointed with their business for not willing to provide ASL interpreter. Booked appointment two months ago requesting ASL interpreter which the person said would take care of it until few weeks before the appointment, I called to follow up and was told that I need to bring my own. I have provided resources (ADA law, how to request interpreter, etc.) to assist them. I called the day of my appointment if ASL interpreter will be provided but the office manager told me that they do not have to provide one so I cancel my appointment.
