Lake Forest Bar and Grill

Kate

Once again, we had another great deaf-friendly experience at this location. Our server was Nick and he brought paper/pen for us after seeing one of us write on a napkin for what drinks we wanted. He had a positive and friendly attitude, made eye contact and our food was prepared correctly. We really enjoyed our dining experience. Thank you, Nick!

P.S. I've left a review before but don't know where it went, so I wanted to add this: we've had positive experience at this location for the last 3-4 visits. So go if you haven't yet; the staff are really nice!

  • Makes Eye Contact
  • Positive Attitude
  • Well Lit Environment
  • Pen and Paper Available
  • Willingness to Gesture
