This was my first time visiting the place during an emergency. The staff was compassionate and took extra time to communicate with me via paper. Which helped a lot during a scary and stressful experience with my cat being very sick. When I first called, the staff at the front desk handled my relay call pretty well. And she communicated with me in person via paper. The vet wrote with me after I made it known to him of what communication method I use. Because of how things went, it helped me a lot with feeling like I got all of the information and the medicine that was needed for my sick cat until I was able to bring her in to my regular vet (who only takes appointments now). I really appreciate it, thank you so much for making it less stressful on me so I could focus on my cat's health and not worry about communication barriers.
