I'm giving a low star because the person behind the counter, a young gentleman did not know how to take my order. When I approached him and signed that I needed paper and pen he just froze and did not know what to do. It took him a while to understand what was happening, a deaf person trying to order their food. It wasn't long before he passed me on to his co-worker next to him and then it took about three different employees to figure out where to get some paper so I could write my order down. Overall it was a very awkward encounter and made me feel like they didn't want to serve me. I have to say that I added a star because of the one Asian gentleman who took over and seemed more comfortable gesturing and serving a variety of customers. I was glad the sandwich was tasty and I at least left with a satisfied belly.
