We've stopped by this place at least 2-3 times during the football season when we wanted to get our free tacos with sides and our experience has always been positive. The staff were friendly and willing to communicate via paper/pen and we gestured too. They were also patient and helpful when we were having some technical issues trying to get the app to work for our order online transactions. I was really impressed with how nice and friendly everyone was with us. In a way they served us much better than what we've experienced at some sit-down restaurants with our "so-so" dining experience! They clearly put customer service first instead of speed (being quick) by making sure we were happy and satisfied. Thank you to everyone who has interacted with us and making our experience so deaf-friendly!
