Beer Star

Di

Beer Star is well lit, spread out and the bartenders are Deaf friendly. They use the Digital Pour app to update their menus and the menus are posted on LCD screens above the bar by number which makes it very easy for Deaf people to order. Bartenders are familiar with and comfortable with serving Deaf patrons. They make eye contact and speak clearly and slowly, gesture, use body language, etc. It is a dog friendly bar, many people bring their dogs. They also have a nice large patio.

  • Willingness to Gesture
  • Wheelchair Accessible
  • Service Animal Allowed
  • Well Lit Environment
  • Schedule/Order On-line or E-mail
  • Positive Attitude
  • Speaks Clearly
  • Makes Eye Contact
