Repair Revolution

jena Richmond, KY

This auto repair shop is very Deaf-friendly. Very queer-friendly too. Its waiting room is brilliantly decorated in midcentury modern style (totally up my alley!).

The owner didn't even flicker an eyelid when I asked for a pen and a notepad. She took her time taking pictures of what needs to be repaired and showed them on a computer screen. I was impressed as it was my first time getting such "visual" (and yes, maybe special, ha) treatment from a mechanic.

Downright impressive and so easy on my eyes! ;)
